Yesterday, Jimmy’s mother exploded. What a mess. She’d been happily sat on our mantelpiece for six months, with not so much of a squeak from her. Next thing, there’s bits of her everywhere. Such a mess. Got most of her up with the vac and mended the urn as best I could. Jimmy’ll never notice.
