‘He Huffed and He Puffed’ – 100 Word Story for Visual Dare

Another great picture prompt from this week’s 100 word story for  ‘Visual Dare’

He Huffed and He Puffed

“What do you reckon Billy?”

“It must be him boss. Same MO as last time. Two eye witnesses report seeing this hairy looking guy going up to the house, banging on the door, demanding to be let in. Next thing he’s huffing and puffing and then blows the place down. We guess he torched the wagon to stop them getting away.”

“What are forensics saying, any bodies?”

“No boss, nothing. We reckon they managed to get out the back way and escape across the fields.”

“We need to find them Billy and fast. Them three pigs are in real danger.”

    1. Thanks for your kind words Angela.
I sometimes think that dialogue only stories sometime allow you to hear your characters personalities -if that makes sense?

I look forward to reading your comments
