I found the 100 Word Story photo prompt at ‘Friday Fictioneers’ fascinating this week – so here’s my second story.
The stranger smiled to himself. The heavily armed mob had him cornered, but he was not concerned, he knew he could easily escape, but he didn’t want to. He was curious to see what they had planned.
“Jack, go get that barbed wire,” shouted their leader, “We know guns and knives don’t work against his sort. We need to wrap him tightly in the wire and then drive a metal stake through that eye of his.”
As the wire cut into his body and the metal spike shattered his skull, the stranger screamed in delight, this was going to be fun.
